MCU-Semi CMS32F040 Series
ARM Cortex-M0+ at 72MHz, 128KB Flash, 16KB SRAM. Built-in 12-bit ADC (44 channels), two op amps, temperature sensor, LCD driver, CAN, and PD/QC support. -40°C to 105°C, 2.1V-5.5V supply.

Nations Technologies N32H49x Series
Cortex-M4F at 240MHz with FPU. 1.1V core voltage (no overclocking). Cordic accelerator, Delta Sigma demodulation. Up to 1024KB Flash (dual bank, ECC) and 576KB SRAM (N32H497). Ideal for servo control and OTA updates.

Geehy APM32F427 Series
Cortex-M4F at 240MHz, up to 1MB Flash + 448KB SRAM. Passed IEC 60730/60335 functional safety. Rich I/O: Ethernet, CAN, USB OTG, eMMC controller. Targets PLC, servo drives, drones, BMS.

Xiaohua Semiconductor HC32L021
Ultra-low power: 45µA/MHz @48MHz, deep sleep 0.65µA. Cortex-M0+ at 48MHz, 64KB Flash, 6KB SRAM. Internal RC48M ±1.5% over temp. -40°C to 105°C, 1.8-5.5V. Small packages down to 2x2mm².

Chipsea CS32H330
Cortex-M33 at 250MHz, 2MB Flash + 640KB SRAM. 32 communication interfaces, 2x ADC, 1x DAC, 24 timers. -40°C to 105°C, 1.71-3.6V. For HMI, motor control, smart home, wearables.
